An RN reviews the referral, confirms eligibility, and verifies insurance benefits — typically within one business day.

Demi or one of our nurses meets with the patient and family to build a personalized plan of care.

Our team is in the home within 24–48 hours of order receipt, with 24/7 nurse coverage from day one.
