Demi Kelley, RN founded Loving Angels Health Care after years at the bedside in hospitals across Virginia and the District of Columbia. As a clinical leader, educator, and community advocate, she set out to build an agency where every patient — recovering, managing a chronic condition, or aging in place — receives the same standard of attention.
Today she personally oversees every plan of care, ensuring our families experience consistency, clear communication, and clinical excellence from intake through discharge.
